National Geographic Sponsors CLST Professor Forte's Vulci 3000 Project

National Geographic Society / Waitt Grants Program has awarded support to Professor Maurizio Forte for his project "Vulci 3000 - the City-State: Formation, Development and Transformation", which will include archaeological excavations in Italy and the experimentation of new digital sensors and technology during the archaeological digging (drones, micro-robots, polisensing devices, geophysical applications, virtual reality).
